It's NOT a "lifestyle" change

Day 1 of diet number 3894...

I return home from work & doctor visit hungrier than I remember being. Ever. Still left on today's food allotment: all the "good" stuff. Yay me!

Also: I have big plans for my body, so I am dieting- not lifestyle changing. And after my plans- I'm eating all the things again!

Grown ups have clean sheets!

*CHANGE SHEETS HALF AS OFTEN WITH THIS LIFE HACK*

I had stopped using the flat, top sheet as an adult, just making my bed with the fitted bottom sheet and my comforter.  Years ago when my leg was broken, my wonderful cousins did my laundry and made my bed with both the bottom and top sheets.

I didn't want to undo their work and was tired enough to just crawl in bed- ON TOP OF THE TOP SHEET!!

See where I'm going with this?

Make your bed with both sheets. Sleep on top of the top sheet, when it's dirty or time, whatever, take the top sheet off and sleep on the clean bottom sheet!
